Julia Hogan-Werner, licensed therapist and author of It’s Okay to Start with You, will share stories, insights, and tools to transform the mom guilt around caring for ourselves into an appreciation of nurturing the woman God created you to be! Julia Hogan-Werner

Julia Hogan-Werner is the Owner and Clinical Director of Vita Optimum Counseling & Consulting, LLC in Chicago. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, she leads workshops and writes on topics related to self-care, relationships, and mental health. She is passionate about empowering individuals to be their most authentic selves. You can find more of her writing online at Verily. She completed her Master's in Clinical Psychology at the Institute for the Psychological Sciences in Arlington, Virginia.

Julie Larkin

Julie Larkin is the founder and executive director of Girl Talk, a 501(c)3 organization combating the crisis of self-worth through sisterhood and self-discovery. Julie received her bachelor's degree in psychology from The Catholic University of America and her master's in business from The Busch School of Business. She is currently pursuing a master's in clinical mental health counseling from Wake Forest University and is a therapist-in-training at Vita Optimum Counseling & Consulting. She hosts the Love, Girl Talk podcast, was featured on EWTN News Nightly, and speaks regularly on self-worth, entrepreneurship, and mental health. Julie has spent the past decade encountering women of all ages and stages, learning their stories, and walking with them to deepen their understanding of self-worth. Her dream is for every person to discover their inherent value and to live by it.
